I've taken vitamins for years. Animal pak, super vitamin pak, optimen, etc. Everyone I went through half the bottle and stopped taking them - simply because I never remembered.

I have never felt anything off a vitamin before, so that's why I like this one so much. I can actually feel the energy from the vitamin about 45 minutes after I take it. Almost like I had a better night's sleep.

I recommend this vitamin to all of my friends.
