Assistance for New Customers

Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with us is easy. Although we accept orders over the phone we highly recommend placing your order via Internet, its faster, safer, and will ensure order accuracy.


Finding Items

To find the particular product you are looking for there are different methods to do so. The keyword search box located at the top left of every page can help you find the exact product you are looking for. If you're not certain on the exact product you want our products are broken up into categories and are also grouped by manufacturers located along the left side of every page. When you find the product you are interested in you may click on it to view it's product detail page. The product detail page is where you will find more information about the item, including availability, and item options if available, such as flavors, sizes, etc.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you decide you want to add an item to your shopping cart, specify the quantity you want and click the "Add To Cart" button at the bottom of the product detail page. If the product you wish to order has different options (such as flavor or style), specify the quantity you want in the empty box(es) and click the "Add" button.

Checking Out

After you have reviewed the contents of your shopping cart and are certain you want to purchase all the items in your cart (if you wish to remove a product simply click the "X" in the column marked "Remove"). You can click the "Secure Checkout" button to proceed to the payment page.

Entering Billing and Shipping Information

For your protection, our shopping cart automatically verifies your billing address with the information on file with your credit card company. If you wish to ship to a different address than your bank has on record (such as a college dorm etc) you can easily do so by filling out the shipping information below the billing info. If both billing and shipping are the same, all you need to do is check the "Shipping same as billing" box and click continue at the bottom.


Order Form Troubleshooting

If you are unsure if your order went through please contact us.

If you are trying to add a large quantity of one particular product and a smaller number is showing up in your shopping cart we may be waiting for a new shipment of that product and may only have limited quantities.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, money orders, personal or cashier's checks.

Ordering Via Check or Money Order

If you send a personal check we must wait for the check to clear your account before your order is shipped. This usually requires 7-10 business days. Orders placed with a money order or cashier's check will be processed the day the order is received. Enclose your shipping address, daytime phone number, email address, and a list of the items you wish to purchase. Please add shipping ($4.95) if your order is under $75.00 and sales tax (7.3%) if you live in the state of Kansas. Please mail your checks or money orders to the address listed below.

About Us

We have operated as a retail store in Wichita, Kansas since 1990 and have been operating on the internet since 2001. In January of 2008 we opened our second retail location in Lakewood, Colorado.

Shipping

General Shipping Questions & Our Shipping Policy

Continental US Shipping

We ship all orders with UPS, for a flat rate of $4.95. Any order over $75.00 will receive free shipping! We ship all orders within one business day, Monday thru Friday. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email as soon as your order is processed.

Street Address Only

Packages eligible for UPS must have a street address; PO Boxes do not qualify for UPS or the $4.95 standard shipping rate. Providing a street address will provide a faster delivery time, cheaper shipping rate, and ease of tracking.

Address Correction

If the incorrect shipping address is entered the customer will be charged a $6.00 address correction fee by UPS. This fee will be charged to you once UPS has notified us of the address correction and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will not be notified of the charge.

Transport Time

Most packages reach their destination within 1-5 business days. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number. By tracking your package at http://www.supplementgiant.com/tracking.htm you will know what day your package will arrive. Please remember, UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as a business day.

Order Times and Turn Around

Orders are processed within one business day. Orders received before 4pm CST will be shipped that day. You may place your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week through the Internet. Phone orders are only taken between 10 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday. However, we highly recommend placing your order via Internet, it is faster, safer, and will ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been authorized you will receive an automated email confirmation. Then, once your order has been processed you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours either your order did not submit correctly or you did not enter your email address in correctly. If you do not include your email address in the customer information you will not receive tracking information. If you have a spam filter, it is possible your e-mail client mistakenly marked our e-mail as spam and you may have to look in your spam folder to receive your order confirmation.


Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO boxes, unfortunately we cannot ship at the same low price of $4.95. All shipping costs are estimated by the shopping cart by weight and will be displayed at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and PO Boxes do not qualify for free shipping on orders over $75.00. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Any questions regarding this can be directed to celeste@supplementgiant.com. We do insure all orders, generating a delivery confirmation number. This is not a tracking number. This simply verifies the order has shipped and will be delivered.


Tracking Your Package

After your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. If you wish to track your package simply go to http://www.supplementgiant.com/tracking.htm and enter your tracking number in the space provided. This will generate an estimated delivery date for you package and tell you your packages current location.

Lost Packages

UPS should deliver your package within 1-5 business days (depending on your location). If you have not received your package please contact us by email at celeste@supplementgiant.com or call our toll free number (1-866-285-1675) and we will assist you. If we confirm your package is indeed lost, you will have a choice of a refund or a reshipment.

Shipping Rates

We ship all orders with UPS, for a flat rate of $4.95. Any orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping! Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO and FPO boxes shipping prices are calculated by the total weight of your order.


International Shipping

Currently we are not shipping internationally. We are, however, looking to expand this area in the future. Feel free to check back in a couple months to see if we have grown to that point.


Returns


Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email our customer service department at celeste@supplementgiant.com within 15 days of the shipment date. We will work to help you solve any problem. If a return is authorized, a return authorization number will be given and must be included on the return package to receive a refund.

Products cannot be returned because you don’t like a particular flavor.

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be unopened, sealed, and in the original packaging and returned within 15 days. Products must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. The customer must insure all merchandise properly. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product less shipping charges, which cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, a refund cannot be granted.

If the package has been opened and you do not like the product, some companies will accept the product for an exchange or refund. In most cases you must contact the company directly, but feel free to email sales@supplementgiant.com and receive instructions for return. Approved Returns Must Be Shipped To:

Damages

Any merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to celeste@supplementgiant.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will notify the shipping company for visual inspection of the box and contents. We will issue a full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Refund Policy

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. The amount of your refund will be less the cost of shipping.

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate that you trust we will use this information carefully and sensibly. By visiting SupplementGiant.com you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What personal information do we collect? Our Web server automatically recognizes each visitor’s domain name but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect the domain name and e-mail address (if applicable) of customers to our Web page and the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us through e-mail. Also, we receive e-mail addresses from information volunteered by the consumer through surveys and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor and also to notify consumers about updates to our Web site. To help prevent credit card fraud, we also store the IP Address of the computer from which your order was placed.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitor/customer preferences and record session information such as items that the consumer adds to their shopping cart.

We will never sell or share any information you give us, ever.

What do we do with information captured on SupplementGiant.com? We occasionally send out special offers and newsletters that we feel may provide information that may be of interest to a consumer. If a person does not want to receive e-mail form us, an opt-out function is included in every email newsletter. If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone calls from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

Other Important Privacy Information

In the future, we may use customer information for new and unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy statement. If our information practices change, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to keep consumers notified of any updates or changes.
