Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 4 caps 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For advanced athletes, a second serving may be taken immediately following the event. On non-workout days, take one scoop immediately upon waking. Kreation does contain stimulants and should not be taken at least six hours prior to bed.
