Take Eight (8) capsules of Anabolic Bridge™ in between meals, ideally two (2) hours after or before a meal containing a significant dose of protein. Eight (8) capsules of Anabolic Bridge may also be taken first thing upon waking and before bed. On training days you may use Anabolic Bridge pre-workout 20 minutes prior to training or competition; For best results use Anabolic Bridge in conjunction with Phormula-1® and Ignition™ post-workout. There is no need to take Anabolic Bridge with meals or with Level-1 or Phormula-1. Athletes may take up to eight (8) capsules per serving at least 2 hours apart up to four (4) times daily.
